About the Role:
  • Crafting Red Team engagement plans based on current threat actors and landscape to emulate real world scenarios.
  • Collaborating with applicable product owners and engineers on timelines, scope, and necessary support
  • Executing Red Team operations while working with product owners, threat detection engineers, and SOC/CIRT to provide meaningful output that can be actioned into security hardening efforts and improved security processes to reduce alert, investigation, and remediation timelines.
  • Writing and communicating detailed reports with findings and recommended follow-on actions.
  • Continuous validation testing in collaboration with threat detection engineers ensuring past operations led to overall increased security posture.


About You:
  • 5+ years with hands-on Red Teaming
  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field
  • OSCP or related cert (such as Red Team Ops I/II)
  • Considered an expert in at least one domain, such as: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform Cloud, Windows AD, EDR evasion, endpoint privilege escalation techniques, etc
  • Ability to code using Python, Golang, C/C++
  • Ability to document and communicate findings
  • Experience with Atomic Red or other automated attack simulation tools
  • Deep knowledge of networking stack

  • Published blogs/writeup examples - Advanced certs (OSED, etc.)
  • Post-graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience testing AI/ML systems, including LLMs
  • Reverse engineering experience
  • Familiarity with building shellcode (including bypassing DEP and ASLR)
  • Experience with advanced EDR evasion techniques - Knowledge of Threat Detection tools and techniques
  • Expertise in Operating Systems (e.g., how filesystems work, inter-process communication, system calls, etc.)
